Udo RICHTER

(born in 1960) is a German citizen, a patent attorney and chemist. He is a member of the Munich-Patent-Attorneys-Association (Bavaria) since 1990. He is based in Bavaria, Germany.

Education:  1989 degree in chemistry at the University of Ulm; 1996 admitted as a Patent Assessor by the German Patent Office; 2000 admitted as a Patent Attorney at the Office of Harmonization of the German Patent Office.

Professional experience:  1993-1996 KAHLER, KÄCK & FIEN patent agents, translations English-German; 1997-1999 representative of the patent agent Dr. EGGERT, patent agent; 1999-2000 Head of Patent Department of DYNEON (a joint venture of HOECHST and 3M); 2002-2003 Head of Patent Department of CARDION (immunology, stem cells); 2004-2009 patent counsel of HERAEUS (Technology Group).
