Johannes Graf ESTERHÁZY
(Born
1951) is a German citizen, an attorney at law / lawyer / solicitor.
He is a member of the German Bar since 1979 with
an affiliate office in Zollikon, Switzerland.
Education: 1979 J.D. Ludwig-Maximilians-University
Munich, Germany; 1981 LL.M., The University of Virginia,
School of Law Charlottesville, VA., USA; 1982 MBA, GOLDEN
GATE University, San Francisco, CA., USA.
Professional experience: 1980-1984 active as of
counsel for several law firms in San Francisco. This
included an ongoing cooperation with the German-American
Chamber of Commerce. 1985-2008 he held various executive
positions at PHILIP MORRIS International, Lausanne and in
Germany, Munich: In-house legal counsel and corporate
secretary, head of the legal department, member of the
German executive team, director corporate affairs and
spokesperson of PHILIP MORRIS Germany, from 2003 Director
Corporate Affairs EU Region and subsequently Global Director
Brand Integrity. In this capacity, he represented PHILIP
MORRIS International at BASCAP, Paris.
Areas of Practice: German-American franchise,
corporate and contractual law, compliance and corporate
affairs.

Memberships: DAV German Bar Association, Former Board Member of the American
Chamber of Commerce in Germany, Knight of The Sovereign
Military Order of Malta, lieutenant reserve officer of the
